Harmonizing S2P and Implementing System Support

The client wanted to increase harmonization, efficiency, and automation within procurement.

PIR conducted a data driven analysis of spend and transactions across different business areas to identify which areas and what parts of procurement would benefit from improved digitalization. The project resulted in the creation of use cases for digitalization, identification and prioritization of digitalization initiatives, and a sourcing of P2P solution.
