Creating a Contractual Framework for Sourcing

The client wanted assistance in developing a legal contractual framework for sourcing.

PIR developed a complete contractual framework covering client's sourcing of ready made products to be re-sold to wholesalers. The contractual framework consists of subset of documents covering logistics, risk principles, quality assurance, pricing models, and forecasting.
